TERMS OF PAYMENT: About Face Design Team reserves the right to obtain a 25% deposit from persons/companies we have not done business with in the past. This deposit will be taken by credit card and will secure the date(s). The deposit is non-refundable if job is canceled less than 48 hours before job date. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hrs. prior to shoot, then the full booked rate is due. Otherwise, it will be put towards the balance due for services rendered. Most jobs will be invoiced within 15 days and will be due upon receipt unless prior arrangements are made.
